This type of neck opening is called a cowl
neck. What a cowl neck is, is a neckline that is not necessarily in any, the neck doesn’t
have any certain length of stand. It varies. But it’s not a turtleneck and it doesn’t do,
it’s not the height of a turtleneck for one, for two, it doesn’t fold over. All of this
is part of this. This is just one, even if it’s more than one piece sewn together, it’s
one continuous part of the shirt. What the cowl part comes in, where it comes in, is
in the drape. The cowl neck, having a cowl neck means that it is going to be sagging.
All of these are fold lines. Think again of like liquidity like cascading down. If were,
if it were to be lengthened out, it probably is the length of a turtleneck, but it’s not
a turtleneck. It’s a cowl neck. It’s looser and doesn’t, it doesn’t hug the neck. And
then all your little dashes there show that it’s draping down.
